Comments regarding DH's diet-
Husband eats what I cook but often eats junk food; he began working out at least an hour everyday for the past 2 months
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
For breakfast I ate mostly eggs, bacon, sausage, chorizo, breakfast tacos with meat and egg or potato and egg, sausage biscuits w eggs, and cereal to include mostly mini wheats or occasionally Raisin Bran also occasionally with a banana
Snacks: peanut butter crackers, almonds, cashews, celery, pretzels usually at least 3x a day, cereal night time snack
Lunch/dinner: always included a red protein some examples: spaghetti w meatballs, sloppy jo, beef enchiladas, meatloaf, roast, steak, fajitas, hamburgers, as well as 2 vegetable side
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
No caffeine at all; mostly water with the occasional coconut water; I added salt to all foods cooked

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I put on a good 15 pounds

Had 2 chemicals prior to this BFP which makes me think maybe I just canÂ’t hold on to boys but weÂ’ll see with this one; due to timing with the holidays couldnÂ’t DTD on O day
Things worth mentioning:
IÂ’ve been lurking on this site for over a year learning bits and pieces after stumbling upon it during my gender disappointment upon finding out my second was a girl; I wanted to start TTC during the holiday as I knew I would put on the most weight and also anxious to get a son and feel done with baby making!
