You will most likely still ovulate later on. Just because you don't have a mature egg now doesn't mean you won't make one later (and your doctor should have explained that better)

As long as you're getting your period, you are almost certainly ovulating.

Have you recently started any new supplements?

how much if any weight have you gained?

Drop false unicorn. I would also have you take a good multivitamin like Women's One a day or Centrum.

Given your BMI I am worried that changing over to a sway diet may have given you some mild PCOS-type tendencies. I want you to cut back on carbs (focus mostly on fresh fruits and vegetables), whole grains instead of white grains (but even these, go easy on) and drop sugar entirely. Fruit juice, dry fruit, eating a lot of potatoes and bananas need to go.

Coffee, that happens a downright shocking amount of the time - doctors telling women they have not ovulated and won't that cycle (and in several cases, that they were "menopausal") only to find out they're pregnant the entire time!

The explanation is that the doctor made a mistake. They missed something on your ultrasound.

OPK tests can give false negatives, so you surged, and then the hormone just never got to the concentration in your urine needed to register as a positive test.

I can't tell you when you ovulated based on any of this, I"m sorry...but if you had sex only one time then it had to be some point around that time.

Good luck and blue dust headed your way!

i made my test with the morning urine after sleeping for at least six hours

do you think the time when the the doctor made the ultrasound ,egg is already out of the ovary and and waitng at the follopian tube ?!

Not necessarily because they should still be able to see the hole that the egg came out of.

The doctor simply made a mistake and did not see the follicle or the hole the egg had just come from. BOTH these things should have showed up on the ultrasound and the doctor missed it.

tyesterday i went to my doctor and asked her how did she make that mistake saying no ovulation and now i am pregnant and she said may be you come after ovulation occurr and the egg is coming out its (bocket /bag) (do not know its english name )so she can not see a mature egg in my ovaries

according to her the egg can not be seen even by ultrasound after it comes out its bocket

was she right i came to her after ovulation ?

No, she is not right, she should be able to see the spot the egg came out of, NOT the egg.

I have people on here regularly who have a vaginal ultrasound for IUI or for timed intercourse, and are told "oh no it's too late you already ovulated" because the doctor sees the place where the egg was. Not the egg, the hole the egg came out of.

Here is an article that explains that the corpus luteum is visible on ultrasound and ranges from 2-5 cm https://radiopaedia.org/articles/corpus-luteum?lang=us

Here is a study done in 1980 (that is, of course, nearly 40 years ago) and at that point in time, 40 years ago, they could determine ovulation had happened 80% of the time. Our skills and technology have improved hugely since then. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7409241

Your doctor made a mistake. Doctors do make mistakes sometimes, it happens quite a bit really (too often in my opinion). But that is the only explanation - she missed something that she should have seen, whether it was a follicle or the corpus luteum (that develops after ovulation)
