Hi ladies!
Anyone being dieting for pink and experienced skin breakouts? I didn't have pimples since my teens, and now my forehead has always 3 or 4 pimples.
Not sure what does it mean? Diet is working? I am eating very little, little breakfast (unsweetened coffe + 2 or 3 biscuits), nothing till noon, then some unsalted bread and cottage cheese or a salad or a sandwich with ham.
Some tea with biscuits at 3pm and then a dish with some vegetables in the evening, or some pasta with olive oil ... sometimes some egg or a little slice of meat. I am keeing an eye over proteis and fats, limiting the intake.
Snack with rasp and strawb if I am really hungry.
I am back to work so it's easier not to snack all over the place! Lol
Any input or experience is much appreciated! I would like to know if anyone else experienced the same. I am eating like this since two or 3 weeks I guess..
