i am a boy swayer and i am drinking home made lemon juice (without sugar )after each meal to alkalanizing my body instead of sodium becarbonate and i am told today that lemon juice drops the sugar level in the blood

is that information correct ?

Lemon water is fine. no lemon juice, it is really bad for your teeth.

Lemon does lower blood sugar if you have enough of it BUT if you are eating HE Diet, it CANNOT lower your blood sugar levels because you're eating all the time and your blood sugar can't drop.

Its the apple cider vinegar that's the worst for lowering blood sugar. Lemon is fine, that's why I recommend lemon water for alkalinity instead of ACV!
