Hey ladies/atomic!
So I’ve never been a coffee drinker but I see that a lot of people who swayed girl drink coffee! Would I need to drink it everyday during my LE diet? Also, do I need to drink it with one of my meals or does it matter??

Hiya - i drank coffee in last week before ovulation
I think everyday is best, i drank two cups but was late in night and kept me awake for so long, i drank it black with no sugar or milk so had it inbetween meals
My understandin is if have milk/ sugar then it should be part of a meal...?

If you have milk and sugar with your coffee it should ideally be with a meal, if you have it black or only a very small amount of milk you can have it anytime. If you are not usually a coffee drinker I would recommend drinking it early in the day or with your first meal to stop it keeping you awake.
I think there is no set amount of coffee you need to drink - just more than you previously had when not swaying so if you didn't drink it before one cup a day should be enough.

I think I’ll habe to add some almond milk to mine and some sugar free syrup or something. I don’t think I could drink it by itself but if it really helps sway girl I’d be all about drinking it :)

Try drinking light roast/blonde or white coffee it is wayyy less bitter!! Also flavored coffees (not creamer but the beans with flavoring) like peppermint mocha, vanilla, caramel, etc. I hate the bitterness in some coffees and I find those to be much more tolerable, my current favorite is the Green Mountain Caramel Vanilla ground coffee!

:agree: thanks to all who've chimed in!
Yes just to recap you should drink coffee if you can stand it. In the morning or between meals with milk/cream and artificial sweetener is fine. If you have it with actual sugar, it should be with a meal.

Has anyone every asked about AdvoCare Spark by chance? That’s what I drink now. I’ve been drinking it first thing in the morning but if it breaks my fast I’ll drink it with my first meal or I can switch to coffee :)

Also, can the cream be flavored or not? Since I’m not a coffee drinker I’m assuming I’ll meed to add some yummy flavoring to my coffee!

Thank you so much 🙃💓 Praying hard for a little girl to join our family! I’ve always been a big breakfast eater so I cut that out! When we conceived our little boy I was snacking all the time, lifting heavy weights, bd more than once during ovulation, eating lots of protein and fat always eating breakfast! So I’ve cut out all of that and now going to add in coffee before we try for baby #2!

I know there are tons of mechanics and moving parts to swaying, so everything must be taken with a grain of salt. That being said, I became a coffee drinker after my second son was born. So I conceived two boys on no coffee. Once I started drinking coffee I had 1-2 cups per day, always with flavored creamer. I conceived my third son drinking quite a bit of coffee. But I did not do the LE diet and was not exercising. So as atomic always says, I think things like coffee may help if you’re already doing the important stuff, which I wasn’t. Good luck to you and definitely try flavored creamer- it’s how I learned to love coffee!
