Hi everyone, I been on LE diet since end of June. I did pretty well with no meat this time around. I did LE diet two years ago while ttc my DD. I eased up a bit no on meat but on sweets since holidays, I think I lived off sweets! I was planning to hold off and wait till next year since my husband and I changed our minds and wanting to plan some vacations and go on one alone since we have four kids we are pretty busy. Also, we’re not doing great financially and my 26 month old DD. Has become a handful! I been on BC and was slaking my fault. We only did it once and here I am pregnant. About 4 weeks, honestly I’m not happy and just my mind is racing. I have no one to talk to about this. My le diet with my dd wasn’t perfect. This time I had no issues with no meat. I am under weight BMI 16-17 and a busy mom. I drink coffee a lot and had wine coolers or wine whenever I could. Just venting here. I am praying this baby is a Girl! I have a ton of stuff which would be a huge help. I have boxes of clothes from my dd practically new and new. I be set and my 2 year old will have a younger sister so close to her age. Something in my mind is telling me to chill it’s a Girl. I am praying it’s a girl please lord :)
