Fertility blood results

Hi Atomic/ Ladies!,

Hope you’re all doing ok.
I’m still here plodding on, TTC every month!.
I went and had some fertility tests done. Here are my day 21 results,
Having my cycle day 3 tests next week.

Progesterone- 39.6 nmol/l (Yaay at lest I’m ovulating!).
Oestradiol - 471 pmol/l I’ve googled this and seems to be ok?.
Testosterone- 0.5 nmol/l Doc says this is fine but, the ranges are 0.50-2.60 so I’m deffo borderline too low!.
Any suggestions to up my testosterone?. I’ve read up on fertility and testosterone and it says it can effect getting pregnant if too low. I’ve read up about DHEA MACA & Zinc to help with testosterone levels, but I know they are not good for TTC pink, is this right?. Any help would be so appreciated.

I hope you get some answers and all your results are good! In a way when they say unexplained reason for not falling its harder as no solution so i hope drs can help or you fall pregnant asap ���� x x x

I agree with your doc, that is fine testosterone and I strongly suggest you stay well away from those things.

Your CD 3 tests will tell us a lot more.

Thanks Atomic!. I just thought the testosterone was too low after looking on the net.
