Hi ladies. I'm trying to conceive baby numero dos! I have a boy and I would love a girl!! I have been dieting since monday( drinking crystal light non stop, taking calcium 1200 mg, magnesium 600 mg, cranberry pills and peppermint tea) and I should be ovulating around the 25th. I hope the diet will kick in fast enough! Is it bad to use rephresh the day of ovulation? I want a bfp and a girl would be a bonus! Anyone have any tips that have worked for them? Thanks ladies!

Firstly, that's WAY too much magnesium to be taking... I'd drop it completely or at least halve it. It's not safe to take too much

It's fine to use rephresh on ov day. When will you be having your attempt(s)?

you can use RepHresh the day of ovulation if you like!

That is WAY WAY too much magnesium and you are going to make yourself seriously ill taking that much. no more than 250 mg at the very most and 200 is better.

Don't STOP taking it cold turkey, you should taper off of it slowly so as not to shock yoru body too much.

will your DH be releasing on the days you don't attempt? DTD every other day tends to sway blue.
