So my husband and I TTCd the first time and I got a terrible UTI. I am in the 2WW. Does this effect implantation? I’m even spotting lite pink blood from it.

No it shouldn't but have you seen the doc? It may need to be treated if it hasn't been yet.

Yes! It got bad enough so I went in today and it seems much better. Just hoping I didn’t mees up my sway or harm baby from the infection

No it's super common to get them at that point of the cycle!! I hope you're feelign better soon!
