Since 1 wk I am on LE diet! I got the 21 days Meal Plan and downloaded the app Balance it's in italian and it works wonders as it points out the gr. Of proteins, carbs, fats you get every day from your meals and it is in quantified in grams or portions or mugs, which is very handy and simple. It describe also levels of minerals and vitamins each food has. I write this if any italian lady lurking in here and considering LE diet.
I plan to loosely follow the diet as I am not ttcing actively atm, and to fasten from Jan/Feb next year.
If a surprise baby happens... oh well... at least I did something
I am also drinking 1 cup of peppermint tea a day (i love it), lots of coffee (which I love and need) and taking vitex 10mg mixed with Alchemilla. It improved a bit my lutheal phase which was on the short side since some month (9-10 days versus my normal 13-14) so as long as it doesn't hurt I plan to continue taking it.
Exercising very few unfortunately... 1 or 2 x week, cardio and some stremght. I think it should not even count I am exercising... lol!
GL everyone!

Wow thank you so much forever!!! Really appreciate it!
I'm not a fan of pep tea and vitex but if you've been doing it and have not noticed your ovulation getting delayed, it's fine to continue them. Just be sure when you're trying to conceive that you stop them at ovualtion and do not continue them into the luteal phase.

Thank you Atomic!
Tbh I already O super late (around Cd 20-22) and my LP shortened lately. Last month (Jan) I started taking some vitex to see how it worked on me and the LP improved a bit of a couple of extra days and my O was on CD19 (positive opk CD18).
Idk if it is from vitex, I guess I will wait and see this cycle how it goes. If it helps me to improve my cycle I think it can't hurt, right?
Pep tea is something i take without effort as I love making myself a cup of hot tea in the afternoon. So instead of regular tea I take pep. But yes I will def follow your advise to stop after O both.
I was back to work in Jan and my position atm doesn't foresee challenges or big projects. So that should help my test to stay quiet :-)) I can't exercise as I would like to, because I often don't have enough time... just some cardio a couple of times x week but I don't think it's relevant for a sway..
I hope I will be able to exercise more as the season improves (spring/summer)!!
As I won't actively ttc till next year, is there anything you recommend as a sway tactic in the long run, just in case I fall pg by an ooopsie to have a little extra chance at a girl? My ph is a solid 4 (I use strips to test) and if I realize I am having too much ewcm I try to chuck it up with a little bit of rephresh. I will try to keep an eye on 1 attempt only, but atm I can't ask DH to abstain or do fr or e4d, we hardly have sex lol! DS2 is the most effective BC ever :D all I can do is J&D or SET to lower spermie count and PRAY HARD. Lol

Agh yes I'd have you drop them then. I can all but guarantee it's from the combo of vitex, and pep tea because this is what I've seen soooo many times before. (diet for a week will not mess with your ovulation) YES YES it CAN HURT. It doesn't improve cycles for anyone other than those with very severe PCOS. For everyone else it makes things worse by lowering the hormones you need to ovulate and have a normal length LP.
If you're enjoying the pep tea then drop the vitex and keep the pep tea for now but do be willing to drop it if things seem to continue on.
Why are you starting diet now if not TTC till next year?

Hi Atomic! Thanks for the tip! I will definitely take your advise and drop tje vitex, and maybe continue with pep! :)
Well, let's say, we are not on birth control and if it happens it is ok for us.
I am starting the diet now (but I am following it loosely atm) just in case I fall pg accidentally and to increase the odds. I hope sooo much this happens because it would take a lot of stressing off!!
So every month I just do some girl sway stuff, in order to be as much girl friendly as possible if it happens, if it makes some sense?
Another reason is that I think if I start the diet and change some lifestyle habits now, I will start the real sway in a more relaxed mood, like it is already part of my life.
My aim is to take off stress from the whole thing, or at least... l try!
Sooo I was wondering if dieting (even if not at 100%)+ lil bit of rephresh every 3 days or when i see ewcm could still be considered a decent sway?

I would say maybe just go vegetarian for now and see how it goes. I don't want you to cut back too far this soon.
Yes it's fine to diet lightly (or just go veg and skip breakfast) and do RepHresh. That's fine!
