If you're getting your period you are almost certainly ovulation BUT there's a new test on the market that can check for progesterone in your urine (which will tell you that' you've ovulated.). I don't have any experience with people using it but it may be helpful https://proovtest.com/
People do buy the meds online. I can't recommend doing that for obvious reasons but people do it.
Can you give me a brief rundown of everythign you're doing?

Anything in the way of herbs, frequency, that kind of thing? shallow release?

Every other day is actually NOT a good way to get pregnant. I know it seems like it should be, but it can easily work out to only be one viable attempt in the fertile window (and I'm happy to explain if you'd like)
I'd rather see you guys to e4d plus one more attempt at pos OPK OR SMEP to boost odds of conception. I don't like EOD for anyone TTC.

A quick explanation of that would be awesome thanks :) Also is that every four days from end of bleeding?

Because every other day ends up being either:
O day (oftentimes too late)
O-2 (one attempt)
O-4 (too early)
OR
O-1 (one attempt)
O-3 (oftentimes too early)
O-5 (too early)
So really you're getting 1 for sure attempt, and then a maybe attempt IF you're lucky and get in ahead of ovulation OR have something left from O-3. It's not boosting your chances of conception really.
E4d plus one, on the other hand ends up always being 2 attempts in the fertile window:
O-3 and O Day (usually only one of these is viable, though) Plus one at pos OPK = 2 attempts, maybe even 2 1/2
O-1 (viable), O-4 (too early) plus one at pos OPK = 2 attempts
O-2 (viable attempt), O-5 (too early) plus one at pos OPK = 2 attempts.
e4d plus one more at pos OPK will ALWAYS be 2 attempts where every other day often works out to just be one good one.
e4d is every 72 hours (NOT to the hour, it's just how you count the days) or "Monday Thursday" whatever's easier for you to understand. Starting after AF ends and going through till when you're sure you've ovulated, even if that means going allt he way thru till next period starts. Then, you drop the pos OPK attempt whenever that falls, and you're always going to be in with 2 viable attempts.

How many months have you done the test??
If you're getting your period you're likely ovulating. It may be delayed O but it will most likely happen eventually. That's why I want you to keep going with e4d

Hey, are you temping at all to confirm ovulation? I have used these tests as well and they seem to be fairly accurate. Do you have a photo of your tests? Because your test may still be negative according to the directions but you may notice a lighter shade to indicate ovulation and/or you may be dealing with low progesterone. The woman who owns the company that invented the tests is really an awesome person who truly desires to help women, as she struggled with infertility herself. You can also email her with any questions and she will 100% get back with you.
She has a Facebook support group as well if you are interested.

Temping doesn’t work for me ver6 well since my two dogs constantly wake me in the middle of the night to go outside ugh, All three tests were identical with their lines unfortunately and pretty pink.Im in that Facebook group and I agree the inventor of the product seems very nice and helpful.

If your period is coming every month in a fairly regular way the odds are very high you're ovulating.

Ooops sorry didn't mean to hit send.
While it may behoove us to get checked, my point is that we can't extrapolate one month with the Proov tests to anything that happened in the past. Most people get their periods only after they've ovulated and it's the most likely explanation that you have been ovulating, and then it is delayed this month for some reason.
