I am so confused and looking for some input!

Ok so i got the coil out 4th Jan - was told that it looked like it was already expelling itself!, i had a little bleeding on the thursday and sat then nothing since. The past couple of days i have noticed my cervix getting higher and softer (so high today i can hardly reach it), cm is also creamy with a slight stretch to it. I have been taking opk's daily (around lunch time) and i did have a line last week, but no where near positive the past couple of days it has been stark negative, to the point you cant tell where the line should be!! I was expecting a line today what with the cervix and cm changes and the sharp twinges i keep getting in my left side but nothing, nada!!

I did start temp'ing, but only since Tuesday - so far i have had 2 days of 36, 3 days of 36.1 and this morning of 36.3 (but i did temp later this morning so not sure if that would effect it!)

Any ideas? Should we bd tonight incase or wait?

If you're using internet OPKs, you may often get false negative results. Try testing around 4pm bcos sometimes LH needs time to build up.
For temping you need few months to see your pattern.
Timing is the least important, so if you have been on diet and supps for at least 6 weeks, I'd give it a go!

I wish I could see your chart... but ZB is right, you really should be temping for a few cycles to get it figured out. If you had a +opk last week and it is gone now, I think you are well past O day. But that does conflict with what your Cervix is doing. Hmmm. If it were me, I would wait until I could get a clearer picture of what's going on... I'd keep charting and try next cycle.

It wasnt a positive opk, just a visable line, ah i have no idea - maybe i should just wait out this month.

I would. Just so you can get a really good sway. You don't want to regret anything!

I think you should wait until you have a normal period then start your cycle.

The first cycle coming off birth control may sway pink anyway - prob best to wait jsut to be on the safe side.
