Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I followed the LE PCOS diet. Following things were a big part of my diet:
1. Delayed breakfast
2. Cut out cereals and cow's milk. Switched to Almond milk.
3. Ate fewer calories
4. Ate plenty of salads
5. Gave up my favorite foods - Avocado, whole eggs and tea
6. I could not eat only 3 meals a day. I did an evening snack - mostly fruit or salad
7. 2-3 cups of coffee a day
8. Did not take a Prenatal
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
8 Months ( I was strict for the first 2-3 months, and then relaxed the diet a bit)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
No change. My DH does not drink much. He does not smoke, and generally eats healthy! But he loves his white carbs.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I reduced white carbs. I ate whole grains everyday ( Quinoa for lunch, and brown bread or wheat bread for dinner with vegetables). I did eat healthy foods like fruits, veggies and low saturated fat, but I tried to avoid calorie and nutrient dense foods.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I exercised in moderation only. Maybe did 50 minutes of cardio (like Leslie Sansone videos) about 3 times a week. I walked a lot everyday. In the month leading upto O, I walked 4-5 miles a day as part of my everyday activities. I lost 5 lbs in the beginning of my diet, but towards the last 2 months, I couldn't keep up as strictly and gained back 3 lbs. So overall net weight loss was not much. Maybe a pound or two. But in the last 1.5 years, I had been consistently losing weight to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (lost about 27 lbs in total)

I had to take probiotics for a month around the time I conceived because I finished a course of antibiotics and also had some stomach trouble.
Did you do anything with Ions?
I wore a lavender bracelet on/off. Nothing much though.

I had a pair or pink baby girl booties under my bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I ate completely differently from how I used to eat when I had my DS. I had been steadily losing weight in the one year before I got pregnant and so I ate fewer calories overall ( 1350-1400).
I exercised whenever I could, and avoided junk/fatty foods.
I delayed breakfast and gave up on cereals, fortified foods and very calorie dense foods.
I prayed, was committed to the diet the best I could, and gave it my best without compromising on my health or my family.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
1. I could not exercise 4-5 days a week as recommended. Some weeks I did 3-4 times, some weeks I went by without exercising.
2. I didn't lose a lot of weight in those 6 months.
3. I had to take antibiotics & probiotics in betwen
4. BD 2 attempts on O-2 and O-1
