yep definitely feeling super pregnant these days lol for the first time in my life I have experienced really bad pain in my pelvis and hips. It is worst at night when I am trying to sleep but it also takes me a while to get going through the day before it eases a little. Everytime I roll over it bed my hips make horrible clunking and cracking sounds and I get extreme pain in them :( it is not pleasant.

I have also been a little concerned because bub has been measuring small for dates and I've had to have extra scans to monitor that bub is still growing. So far there has been no intervention but if she falls too far behind they may do something...

Feel super pregnant and unprepared as well. Getting anxious, but overwhelmed with my 3 year old having back to back sicknesses. Just wanting an easier last 5 or 6 weeks.

ugh, pelvic pain sounds tough! my back pain is mostly at night. getting decent sleep is less and less possible.
i hope baby measures well for you. they do so much worrying about sizes but most babies are fine in the end, there is a large range if normal enough.

Hi! I haven't posted in forever. I feel like now that I'm not swaying, and I know the gender, there really isn't much to say. All in all, I'm doing well though. A little bit of gender disappointment, but at least he's head down and measuring normal.

They measured the femur (leg length) and it was like 42 percentile, while head and belly circumference were like 50 percentile, so my first reaction was to be annoyed that the one measurement that is somewhat indictive of height was the smallest one and was under average, but then I was like "wait a minute, I don't give a crap if my son is under average in height, I just don't want him to be super short, and if as a grown up he is in the 42 percentile for height, that would be terrific". Then I feel guilty for even being worried about something as superficial as height, and that I should just be glad he's healthy, and then I remember that he's higher than average risk for Autism, and then I just try to distract myself and think of something else.

MrsEnglish, it sounds like he will be perfectly normal. Chances are he will be normal height, and those predictions are just guesses. And even with elevated risk of spectrum disorders it is still a better chance of not having one than having one. I hope you can be gentle with yourself.

Oh my gosh!!! Life has been so busy and crazy. I’m so glad I finally was able to check in! HGmama look at that belly!! Gafan so so so so so close!!

I’ve had some really really painful issues going on, plus my in laws (6 of them) were here for 10 days, and I took on a second consulting job... so yeah, drowning here.

Gonna catch up now but y’all have been on my mind!!!!!!

It was awful. They were all sick the entire time too and I was trying to keep my own kids and my self healthy. Today we are finally visitor free! Woohoo.

It was awful. They were all sick the entire time too and I was trying to keep my own kids and my self healthy. Today we are finally visitor free! Woohoo.

Hello everyone! Its been quite some time since I've been on here! It's been an interesting couple of months. I've finally gotten our toddler potty trained (yippee!) I had a slip down our basement stairs and hurt my tailbone and had contractions but luckily they stopped after being at L&D for a few hours. Unfortunately my tailbone was bruised and it took almost 2 months before I could sit or stand without being in a lot of pain. I'm fully recovered now and am able to sit and stand without pain!

Today I'm 32 wks and have my Csection scheduled already! Time seems to be flying and I'm just praying our little stays put until my Csection date; which is 3 days past my due date. We have family flying in to help us but couldn't come until my due date day due date which is a Fri so we scheduled it for the 1st weekday after their arrival. Fingers crossed little stays put til then!

I have a growth scan in 2 wks bc I have only gained 5lbs my entire pregnancy and they just want to make sure little one is growing properly. This pregnancy has been so different compared to my other 3 and I'm a little nervous this time around about little one's growth.

I hope all of you ladies are doing well! I know some of you are around the corner to meet your new little bundles. Best Wishes to you all!

Can’t believe you’re already scheduled!!! Time is flying!Not that they mentioned. I do know this baby is not as active either so maybe they want to check fluid amount too? I don't know just speculating right now. I'm so nervous about the scan because my bump is much smaller than my past 3 boys. Their pregnancies have all been very similar but this pregnancy differs in a lot of ways. I pray all is well and I'm able to breathe more calmly after next Fri.

I know its only a week earlier but still its pretty scary. They want me to come in between now and then and get more traces done on her to make sure she is not deteriorating and to take particular notice of her movements. So yea, thats whats happening with us right now. Hopefully all will go ok on Monday and we will have our bub healthy in our arms very soon.

I hope everyone is going ok and hanging in there! Has anyone actually had their baby yet? Thinking of you all in these last few weeks xo

Had my 37 week checkup, NST/BPP, and chiropractic appt.
All went great. I apparently had a rib popped out. Baby finally turned to face my spine. I am now 2-3 cm, 40% effaced. Dr. and i are planning an induction on the 12th if i make it to then. I'll be 39 weeks. Im already having lots of contractions but they are inconsistent.

I mean all newborns are gorgeous but she has some serious cuteness going on [emoji7][emoji7] I seen a newborn at a cafe the other day and I swear my ovaries started crying hysterically that we are done. There is no cuddles or smell more beautiful so enjoy while you can [emoji173]

I hope your baby blues clear up real quick! Never forget it is hormonal and absolutely nothing you are doing or feeling causing it. See your gp as soon as you can if things don't improve soon. Your hormone imbalance (if that's it) can be treated quickly and effectively [emoji173]

We had a VBAC and no induction, so that's wonderful. He came out super fast and is 9 lb 1 oz so I have some serious healing to do. Both of my girlsways didn't work out girl, but both sons are perfect. Sorry for the delay in update. We have a healthy little girl and named her Everly. She surprised us with being a tiny baby, despite 4 growth scans saying she'd be slightly below average. She was 5 lb 11oz at birth.
Labor was a little crazy. Since I had taken my heparin shot just a few hours before my water broke, i got really unlucky. I REALLY had no interest in natural childbirth but anesthesia couldnt risk bleeding in my spinal column. It took 5 hours to go from 4cm to 5cm. Then I had her 27 mins later. No pain meds. It happened so fast that even the resident down the hall didnt make it in the room, and my doctor was driving to hospital.

The complications keep coming though- We went home thursday afternoon. Friday night at 140am I was trying to go back to sleep after nursing Everly, and then had sudden pelvic pain. Woke my husband up and we headed to ER. I got IV pain meds, nurse cathed me for urine, did labs, and had a CT scan. It came back as inflammation in my uterus, so i was diagnosed with endometritis (infection in the uterus lining). So I'm home on antibiotics and pain meds. It came back as inflammation in my uterus, so i was diagnosed with endometritis (infection in the uterus lining). So I'm home on antibiotics and pain meds. Well I had my boy, labor + delivery went well and he seems to be healthy, of course it will be at least a few months before we can even guess whether he has Autism.

Physically I'm doing very well, emotionally there have been ups and downs, but honestly every other post partum woman I know has ups and downs, even the ones who got the gender they wanted and had their baby come out gorgeous.

Wishing the best to all of you, may your ups be higher than your lows are low.

Just adding because people here are so non judgemental and I can't say this anywhere else:

So so shallow, but I think most newborns are ugly, and mine is one of them. Squished face, blemishes, weird nose. I know the squished face and blemishes go away, hope the weird nose takes a better shape. No one else on either side of the family has that weird nose, but I have seem unrelated adults with it, so not just a newborn thing.

With my daughter I was really lucky, she just happened to be one of the few newborns who were cute from the getgo.

And I hope that he stays normal in development. and that you have more highs then lows. a lot of unattractive babies become much cuter as they get older, so don't give up on him being attractive someday soon. I'm glad delivery went well and that you and baby are healthy.
