DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? HE(High Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I have always eaten LOTS of dairy. LOTS. Usually whole fat. I decided I should try cutting back. I did not cut back on cheese, but always ate full fat cheese. I just didn’t have my normal two-3 glasses of milk daily.
I ate breakfast every day (new for me) usually cheesy scrambled eggs with whole wheat toast or Kellogg’s banana Raisin Bran cereal. I ate Lara bars, peanut butter toast, or cheese as a snack. V8 daily. Black tea daily. Orange juice daily. And I added grapefruit juice my successful attempt month. We have been doing blue apron meals for months prior to attempt and they usually have at least two veggies in the dinners. I had steak or burgers on nights we didn’t have blue apron meals.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I started reading about swaying and started drinking v8 in August then found genderdreaming in early September and hit the diet hard late that month or early October, and My successful attempt was Dec 31. So 3 months.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
We are just about the same things except he drank smoothies for lunch at work and I felt I needed more substantial food at home.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
I almost forgot I stopped drinking coffee and only drank tea! DH cut back to one cup of coffee per day. We both cut back on alcohol too. No more than two drinks per week even during the holidays.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
120 lbs
When I conceived DD1 I weighed 114 lbs, and for DD2 I weighed 112 lbs. I was down to 116 after having DD2, so I gained 4 lbs just before conceiving.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
We were both doing P90x3. I was doing it 3 times per week until the TWW in the first attempt month when I slacked off. I know, so stupid! I was doing maybe 1 per week the month I got pregnant.

Any additional comments?
I usually always have the big O, but I didn’t on O-2, and O-1. We finished in doggy I think on all three attempts but I could be mistaken. Some came out on two of the attempts (sorry if TMI)
Any relevant attempt details?
We BD every other day (and one two day skip) from end of af until pos opk.
I used preseed for every attempt in the fertile window to help with ph.
Did you do anything with Ions?
No nothing special. We always have our phones close by.
Moon Phase during conception?
Waning Crescent
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
No
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I tried to flow atomic advice to a T. I had three attempts in the fertile window. I changed my diet considerably (I rarely ate veggies or drank juices prior), and I gained some weight. I ate breakfast religiously and usually had a bedtime snack unless dinner was big and late.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
My DH wasn’t super enthusiastic about the attempts because he felt pressured by the timing of everything.
I was scared to use preseed because DD2 was conceived using preseed, but I did end up deciding to use it.
I slacked in the tww on exercise and I think I skipped a few days of the V8 and maybe didn’t get the fruits and veggies I needed, but I still ate breakfast every day.
Things worth mentioning:
Thank you Atomic for all your help. I think we are going team green, so I’ll update in September.

Thank y’all so much! I forgot to mention in my sway info that I was (and still am) breastfeeding my 16 month old (at the time). That is another thing that makes me nervous about my sway.
Oh, and I also drank 24oz of lemon water every day too.

UPDATE: this morning at 6:47 am our baby BOY made his appearance!!!! God is good! Thank you Atomic!!! So so so many old wives tales and other gender predictors (ramzi, ovulation side, hcg levels for examples) all pointed to another girl. Even during one of my weekly ultrasounds at 34 weeks the ultrasound tech said something about, “her face”. I was so sure this baby was a girl. Thanks to everyone who offered their advice and support! We are over the moon!

It was a BIG freak out! It was awesome! My husband called it too!!! He said, “and it’s a BOY!” I said, “a what!? A boy?!” [emoji1787]. I delivered on hands and knees, so I really couldn’t see! Most of the people in the room knew we were team green with two girls, so the energy in the room was great! Thank you so so much for all of your help and support, Atomic! I’m a believer!

Oh that's awesome!!

I am seeing more and more the techs referring to all babies as "she" - it's caused a lot of trouble not only for the people who are hoping for boys, but those hoping for girls who get their hopes way up! I'm so glad it was not correct in your case!

Have fun shopping and please keep us updated how you are getting on! :bluecheer: :bluecheer: :bluecheer:
