Hiya ladies I’m swaying blue. I’ve been on the HE diet for a while now. So diet is good. Ovulation week should be next week. I had a bit of a cleaning day yesterday. Hoovered my whole house, mopped it and cleaned out my kitchen cabinets. I had a big breakfast before doing all this and a had a banana and almonds straight after I had finished as I felt tired. Does this classify as ‘excessive’ workout? Does it harm my blue sway? Today I woke up with a sore back. Is it worth skipping this month ttc? So unsure of what to do now please help. I’m sure it’s fine but just need reassurance from you lovely ladies. Thank you xx
