I’m feeling so weird tonight, for a while I’ve been feeling super confident about my sway but tonight I was thinking of all the cheats I’ve had and am wondering if I should put off my sway for another month. I wanna say in the 5 weeks that I’ve been swaying I had probably about 10 cheat days, that I remember. Some of them only going over in fat and protein and other going over on everything plus having white carbs. Granted I still have 9ish weeks to go. Plus on the excersize front I’ve been having more weeks with just 3-4 says of excersize for 50-60 mins. I’m not sure if it worth holding off until June to have my first attempt or stick to end of May, and I don’t know if I’m panicking for no reason or if I actually have been doing crap on the sway and had false confidence in it.
