Hi Ladies!
I'm mother of two sons that are 4 years and 5 month old.
I'dreaming for a little girl... Is my stronger dream.

I've just stop to BF my DS2 and I don't have my period yet.

A really kind girl (italian like me), suggested me to look at GD.
I confess to being confused. I was ready to do exactly what does IG say: supplement, IG diet, O+12.

And Now... Now I'm confused.
How can I see the LE diet? Must I upgradind my membership?

Ther is also the Babydust method in my head...

Hi and welcome!

Most of us on here (myself included) got boys doing things the InGender way. We were looking for better ways to sway that were safer and did not take so long to get pregnant while doing.

The LE Diet is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

The Babydust method is terrible. Their advice is very bad and prevents pregnancy (we often have people show up here who have been trying Babydust for a very long time and can't get pregnant) and it very likely does not work because they suggest having many attempts instead of just one. We have found one attempt is a very good pink sway tactic.

So no matter what method you choose, keep that one attempt!

hi Atomic!
Thank you so much for answering me.

I will buy the Girl Package, after reading and studying as much as possible ftom the GD forum.

I would ask: in the Plan, I will find ALL the information I'll need? I mean: will the Girl package be really customized for me and my DH, by age and other factors?

I will not have problem to obtain Clomid but... I'm afraid about the possibility of having twins.

Yep I customize every plan personally and then the plans come with the coaching - where every day I will answer any and every question you have in terms of their sway and their history.

Clomid does raise the chances of twins, so if that doesn't feel like an option for you, that's ok, we can just work around it.

And... does clomid increase a lot the possibility of having twins? Or is just a 10% more?
I'll want to do everything for having a girl and, reading the statistic sheet, I interpreted that clomid does raise a lot the possibility of having a girl.
And... I was thinking to try next autumn: do you think that is true what IG says, I mean that the season is important and that for having a girl spring and summer are better?

Because if the season will not be a problem, I could start diet in summer and having my attempt in autumn/ winter

Before making the purchase, I would like to know if also DH will have to be on the GD diet (He is 37 years old and not overweight, not smoker).

Thank you so much,
You're really kind.

8-10% twins on Clomid. So 8-10% of everyone who takes Clomid gets twins.

Studies have shown Clomid likely sways pink about 3-5% BUT it's an easy 3-5%. All you have to do is take a pill, it's hard to mess it up, and so even though it's a small amount, it is very helpful and that's why I recommend it.

No, I do not agree with IG. Studies that were actually done in Italy show that there is a 'girl peak' of conceptions in March-May and a boy peak in Sept.-November. That having been said there are still lots of boys and girls conceived in the peak months. I got my girl in the boy peak! So I always recommend trying when it is convenient for your family.

We don't make husbands do our diet. If he is willing, he could cut back on meat intake or even go vegetarian or vegan, and increase intake of soy foods. But most of our husbands would do nothing to sway.

Oh, Atomic!
I'm so happy to read this! I mean that my DH doesn't have to be in the diet... It's wonderfull! IG pretends that both, DH and I, stay on the diet.
By this way, it will easier to sway.

Moreover, is a good news to me the indifference of seasons: thank you so much!

So does clomid sways Pink just for a 3-5%? I understood more, but obviously I was wrong.

Thank you so much for all the precious info.

Thank you and have a nice day.

I know and so many people decide that if their husband won't do the diet, that they won't even bother swaying!! So many people could have benefits from dieting if only they didn't think their hubby had to do it too!!

With swaying AND Clomid we get about 75%. But Clomid ALONE without doing any other swaying has been shown in studies to be about 3-5% pink friendly in studies. Sometimes people get confused about that. Clomid is great because it's impossible to mess up, but you do still need to do the other swaying stuff too, to get the 75% success rate.

It's simply fantastic! I mean... 75% of success is really a lot! I didn't think I had so many chances of success ...
When I searched in internet about microsort, I saw that it has a 70% of success (approximately). So... I'm so happy to know that with your Girl Package I'll have so much chanches of having a girl!
THANK YOU!!

Now... I've not my period yet (my DS2 is 6 month old) and I'm BFing just by night.

Do you reccomend me to start yet with the diet Or it will be better waiting for my period/stop BFing completely?
Thank you...

What I'd have you do for now is go vegetarian but don't go all in on the diet yet. Sometimes when nursing, if you cut back on fat and calories too much it makes it take longer for your cycle to come back. So at least for another couple months I'd just go vegetarian and then we'll hope your ovulation starts again.

When were you planning on trying??

Ok, now I start a vegetarian diet.
Eggs and cheese are allowed (in little quantity)?

I don't know when start to TTC. In my head, I was thinking to start diet when my period come back (for two month if it will be enough) , and try.
Today I'm 36 years old and I know I don't have all this time.

The fact that the season is not important is great to me, because if I could only try in the spring and summer I would have had to try just next year because I don't have my period yet.
Moreover, the fact that the DH doesn't have to stay in the diet, does open me the possibility to try by winter (if also DH had to stay in diet, Christmas time would have been strange for firends and relatives): I can say that I'm sick to justify the fact that I'm eating a little.

So... I hope my period come back ad soon ad possible and than I'll start the diet of the package (and suggested drugs)

Than I hope to get pregnant... I don't know if it will easy to me... for getting pregnant with my DS1 it take more than a year (I was 30) and for DS2 I used Conceive Plus gel and buscopan for opening falloppina tubes, I was 34 (I tried for 10 month without succes and I got pregnant just the month when I used Conceive Plus gel and buscopan both).

Will I get pregnant without
Conceive Plus? Will I ever have my little daughter?
I don't know... I'm just hoping.

Thank you Atomic...

Yes when you're on the vegetarian diet you can have as much as you want, no need to count.

When you're on the LE Diet you can have eggs and cheese within the limits for calories, protein, and fat for the day.

Try not to worry too much about being 36, that is actually less of a risk than doctors used to think. We have many many people on here (myself included) who got pregnant at older ages.

People get girls using Conceive Plus. We can try without it and then add it in if it doesn' seem to be happening without using it!

Hi Atomic,
THANK YOU so much for answering me and for being really kind and clear.

I forgot to tell you that I take Eutirox from 22 years (when I was 14 years old I had autoimmune thyroiditis, the Hashimoto one).

I take levotiroxina 125 mcg every day, and for my both pregnancies I did add 25 mcg a day (so 150 mcg a day).

My TSH is ever low, because the endocrinologist, at the beginning of my problem, told to me that a low TSH is better to me.

So, before starting this adventure (obviously I'm talking about swaying with your personalized plan), I would like to know if my thyroid will be a problem for my swaying and if will reduce the success rates. Will I still get around 75%?

Thank you so much

Yes we haven't seen any difference in results with our thyroid patients (we have LOTS of people on thyroid meds)

PLEASE do not add in any other supps that are not approved by me (fiber and folic acid are ok for you) as most swaying supplements that are recommended on other sites are NOT SAFE for those with thyroid issues.

Thank you, Atomic, now I'm calmer.

Now I'm a dream member (so I can read and study more) and I'm in a vegetarian diet yet.

It seemed to me to see some EGWC a few days ago, so I hope my period will come back soon.

then, since you told me that the season is not important, I can wait a few months to stabilize the hormones and maybe start looking for pregnancy in winter.

Thank you so much.

I hope my dream becomes true.
