I'm sorry I clicked this open and didn't see a nub so I didn't guess! I am not sure on what basis people are guessing, I see no nub and I don't think the skull is fully captured, so I'd not even venture a guess on that basis! Thank you for your patience!

Guessing boy just because of the slight shadow on top of the nub but it’s not that clear as it might not be part of the nub

Thank you so much for taking the time to look, I guess I will just have to wait this one out but it’s killing me 😬 My sister in law seems to think it is a boy because she thinks what is circled is scrotum or boys parts..... does anyone else see this?
