Hi,I have had a successful girl sway. We consider swaying girl again to complete our family.

What I've done:
-LE diet for 20 weeks (3 meals a day at 11:00, 14:00 & 17:30, vegetarian)
-Wine
-4x black coffee in one day
-Exercise 6x a week for an hour
-DH vegetarian

I know that there are more women who have a second successful sway. Do I have to do the same as with my last sway?

Since my sway I live much more according to the LE diet. Do I first have to eat HE again and then diet according to LE in order to have a successful sway?

Curious too!
I’m in the same boat. This sway was much less hardcore than last time, but I never really went back to my boyish ways, so hopefully that counts for something lol

Good luck :)

I’m curious too. Successful girl after 2 boys and now want to sway girl again. But also still eating a pretty LE diet.

We aren’t drinking alcohol anymore though and won’t, so I’m worried this will effect!

I had a private plan with atomic last time, can I access her again at all?

Great laurelw and mummyof4boys! Is this your last baby as well?

I didn’t have a private plan. I did the sway as wrote in my first post. I was very relaxed during LE and it was totally my new way of eating. I wasn’t very hungry anymore which I liked :-). So that’s what I’m still doing; 3 to 4 meals a day, limited fish and meat and no food obsession anymore. We would love to give our 3 kids a sister to complete our family.

A special thread about swaying again would be nice :)

Yes will be our last! 2 boys and 2 girls will be perfect. Honestly I couldn’t care if I do end up having a boy, this sway is mainly for my daughter and husband!
I’m starting the diet now, so am a few months out from trying..

No you don't have to do everything the same as the last time, as long as you're hitting the big points:

LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, and alcohol and also giving up prenatals, probiotics, and fortified foods
Cardio exercise 60 min 4-7 days a week
one attempt
Clomid or Femara if you can get them

You do not need to go back onto HE and then go onto LE. IT is fine if you regularly eat LE style - after all that's how a lot of the women on this site got whole familes of girls!

We should start a thread. Where would be the appropriate place? :)

Anywhere you see fit, in the TTC girl forum or whatever, then I'll sticky it once you make it!

I am going to be swaying girl again after a successful girl sway, is there a thread as mentioned? I don’t plan on trying till October or November, we want a Summer baby.

I haven’t actually found a place to get them to sticky yet. I should!

I’m 2 weeks into the diet again and am finding my motivation lacking this time :-/ are you going to do things the same?

I’m not fully on the diet yet but been doing a few practice days haha and yes it’s hard!! I honestly wasn’t that great first time around. I stuck to limits though, my issue is snacking I need to control it.

Atomic- when I conceived my boy I was a CrossFit junkie lifting heavy weights. This time around I cannot find the time to do 45-60 mins of straight cardio. It’s ok to just not do anything for a girl sway too, correct? Like no cardio is better than doing it just a few days a week for half an hour?

It's ok, although the exercise has gotten such great results I do urge you guys to try for it even if u can only get to 4 days a week.
