I took a few months off because I was begininng to lose hope. I'm now ready to give it my all and would like to ttc girl. As silly as this sounds can someone remind me what are the main things LE DIET, One attempt at opk+, exercise daily, anything else?
lunch idea is cream cheese bagel with tomato soup? no good? I'm trying to go the vegetarian route.

Coffee, fibre and alcohol can all help sway pink too. Good luck, sending you pink dust.

Yes, 12-48 oz soy milk (more may be better, but may cut odds of conception) He can just drop this at BFP no need to wean
OLE 500-1000 mg daily started right away till BFP then he needs to wean off by spacing doses further and furhter out till down to one per week then you can drop them.

12 weeks before
OLE has blood thinning effects and people need to wean off blood thinners rather than dropping them cold turkey. Stopping blood thinners (even mild herbal ones liek OLE) can cause the blood to suddenly start clotting too easily and cause strokes, DVT, and heart attacks. It's not common but it's a lot more common than people realize. Jsut a sensible precaution.
