Hello! We have two boys and then swayed successfully for a girl at beginning of 2018. We are back to sway for a girl again.
I have kept vegetarian (and for about 6 months vegan) since she was born. Can I find my old plan and follow that again?
A few questions though.
We won’t drink alcohol this time (my husband has had an alcohol issue since then and we won’t have it in the house ever again now that he has been try since the beginning of this year). Can we do something else instead?
Should we follow what we did last time for the attempt? Release outside of me 5+ hours before one attempt on positive ovulation test.
And I don’t drink dairy now. Is a coffee on cashew milk ok between meals?
Thanks for all your help!

Hi again Laurel!
:agree: alcohol is not at all necessary. Just do the rest of the sway, there's not really a replacement for it.
If you'd like to start off trying the hurry up FR as you describe that's fine. I would drop the release before adding attempts, though.
A small amount of milk (whatever kind) in coffee is ok between meals. No sugar though.

Thanks so much. What do you mean by dropping the release before adding attempts?
Last time we had a failed abstain, so it was advised to release (we did this before going to bed around 11), and then woke at about 2am for the attempt as I was then heading away for the weekend. That was the Friday night and I got a positive ovulation test Saturday lunch time. Thanks for the help!

Having a release and then an attempt lowers sperm count considerably. So you may not get pregnant this time doing that. If you don't within a couple months, STILL do just one attempt, but drop the release beforehand.
Some people will not get pregnant with the release + one attempt, and decide the solution is to have 2 attempts both with release beforehand. I just prefer you guys try the one attempt without the release instead.
