I can’t seem to find what I am looking for. Can I purchase 6 months of coaching without a plan as I already have one?

Yes just for anyone else who is wondering this, you can get just a renewal of your coaching if you have a plan already.

Up at the top of the page there is a button that says "membership and plans" and the option to renew the coaching is there! :)
