I found some very detailed manuals on this site.... hCG Drops | Lose Weight Quickly with hCG Diet Drops Free Shipping (http://www.hcgsupply.com/) ..... There are over 100 pages to read. It breaks everything down for you to understand how the diet came about and how it works. After we found it we called the Dr to see if it was a good idea for hubby. The Dr did a round of test including blood, urine, and heart test... all came back with nothing major. We already know that hubby has high blood pressure, high chol, gout, his heart skips a beat, and at 5'9 he is over weight at 270. He is also at risk of a heart attack and diabetes.

So if anyone is going to try this I strongly req that you ask your Dr first and do your research.

Hubbies Daily Journal will be posted as often as I can......

So it has been a while since I have posted...

Day 32 - 230lbs... he has gone down 2 belt sizes, size L exercise shorts, and his stomach is flatter!

He has not felt hungry in a long time and enjoys working out. He did gain a little weight over the weekend but lost it all in 24hrs because he went back to eating hardly anything.

In 8 days he gets to increase fruit, veggie, and protein intake. He is willing to stay at 1,200-1,500 calories for awhile until he has lost another 50lbs. He has offered to give up all sugar, salt, and fat plus limiting grains until Thanksgiving!

Tomorrow is day 40 and the last day of low calories... DH weights 230 still but he is ok with it. He has no more holes in his belt and his clothing is very baggy looking.

He is excited to increase calories and start a new round of vitamins to help increase his digestion.

DH maintained his weight for about a mth now. Wasn't able to exercise because I was moving stuff around in the workout room. He has been workout again and lost 3lbs in the last week. He is eating healthy and taking supps and vitamins. He still has 50 lbs to go to reach his goal.

With the summer coming we will be outside 4hrs a day during the week and 8-10hr each day on the weekends. Can't wait to see how much he looses then.
