Hi
I was hoping for some advice, I am happy that I can commit to the LE diet and exercise as well as timed BD etc but what I am worried about are my control freak tendencies! I currently have a job that means that I need to be in control and on the ball at all times and while I try my best to not let it leech into the rest of my life, I have definitely noticed a difference in my attitude to everything from cleaning and organisation to money which obviously causes a lot of unnecessary anxiety and stress which I am trying various things and it seems to be helping a bit.
I had trouble conceiving my first child due to PCOS and it ended up being such a huge deal and pretty much took over my life at the time, I was obsessed and forever researching, trying to control the situation through whatever means I could which I don't think helped my controlling tendencies either
I'm worried about it turning into the same situation this time and have read that that sort of mentality really sway blue more.. do you have any tips on controlling it? Are the other sway tactics enough on their own? Is being controlling about other things such as cleaning and things instead ok or will that affect the sway too? I'm pretty sure if I feel satisfied that I'm doing enough swaying with other things then I should be able to be calm but I doubt I'll be able to stop thinking about it entirely and be completely 'go with the flow'
Any advice is really appreciated! :worry:
