DH first ever comment about wanting a girl!

Well DH was not keen on idea of having a forth but after some time he has come round to the idea and is happy to sway and we will have our 1st attempt next month.

At dinner tonight he said 'if we do have another boy i will be abit disappointed, i want a daddy's girl.'

I know DH absolutely loves our boys to bits and know another one will be loved just as much, but i actually like the fact that he too would like a girl, and know he too feels alittle of what i am feeling for the want for a little girl!

I actually felt all fuzzy inside when he made that comment...iykwim...silly me...lol!

I know...bless him! He never said anything like that before, i didnt think he was bothered at all about gender but nice to know he too would like a girl.

My eldest boy (5) always asks if he can have a sister, middle one (3 1/2) always asks for another brother but always says he wants two babies not one...lol!
They are so cute and funny if only it was that easy!!!

My DH never seemed to care...he only cared that I was sad. This time, he made a comment that he would be sad too, just because he thought we'd have a girl. Funny how they come around too!

My DH has also come around lately to wanting a daughter, though I think he'd still prefer another boy, he is being sweet about it for me...and that gives me fuzzies too!
