I'm trying the vegetarian route and I'm finding most of my meals to be a bagel with cheese, breads or croissant or pasta..very carb heavy but I'm having smaller meals
..is this okay?

If you don't have PCOS, insulin resistance, or more than 30 lbs to spare, then yes. That is actually the design of the standard LE Diet. Those who do have those issues need to be on the alternate LE Diet with the whole grains, fruit, and veg.
