Quick question if I may - has anyone swayed blue being a vegetarian and if so what’s your menu looked like? How long did you sway for? X

We had one. I remember her talking about it when I came here last summer. She was not the only one I think. I don't know how long she swayed but she didn't do meat. Was very carefull with the 9 serving of fruits/veg, had lots of lentils and peas, and many eggs. It worked fine. You're vegetarian, right, not vegan ? You can do milk, eggs, cheese and the like ?

Hi Sora - yes I ate everything but meat! So I am smashing dairy, eggs twice a week which I should pick up alittle more - being italian we eat too much pasta too!! My diet is the only thing that scares me about swaying blue!!!!

I tried to sway pink first time (vegan) but got blue.
I think it is totally possible, and actually every vegan lady I know has had blue !

Oh you are italian ! It's great to have other Europeans here ! Yep you should definitely pick up more eggs, if I remember correctly, it's more than 2 per day for a vegetarian swaying blue. Pasta are SO great I can't blame you !

You're right every vegan I know has only blue. I just asked because if she is vegetarian, it's even easier for her to get proteins through dairy and eggs.

Yes I have had plenty of vegetarian and vegan swayers. Many of my swayers in India are vegetarians and they get just as many boys with swaying as any other group does!
The best thing you can do for your sway is be sure you're using butter, full fat dairy, eggs, and coconut oil rather than loading up on vegetable based fats.

Just want to clarify that while vegans can absolutely get boys, I don't want anyone extrapolating that to mean that being vegan sways blue. It doesn't . Vegans are nearly always on tons of supplements and are very controlling about the foods they eat.

Agree.
The vegan Mamas I know are all on point with supplements, and control their eating and down to the minutia (which is blue blue blue).
I'm sure there are lots of vegans who are not doing the above, I just don't personally know any in real life.

The "teenage girl" vegan diet where it's mostly refined junk food, very low protein and high in vegetable fats and simple carbs can sway pink. Luckily most of us once we hit adulthood take eating a balanced diet a lot more seriously.

My aunt is currently pregnant with a baby boy and has been vegetarian for most of her life. She eats a lot of tofu, veggie nuggets, veggie burgers, tempeh, seitan. Things like that! She loves ice cream also.
