Hi atomic.
My fasting glucose is a little above the upper end. How would this affect me conceiving a girl or being pregnant? I was thinking maybe I should take myoinsoitol? What do you think?
Thank you!!

Are you on the alternate diet?
What's your BMI (if you prefer not to say you can message me privately)
Are you exercising?
I don't like putting people on Myo willy nilly because it can lower hormone levels TOO much and we need every month to count, can't take a chance on missing any months. So maybe, but with more info I can better advise you.

See that’s the thing. My BMI is around 19.1 (5’3 around 107/108 right now before I conceived my last loss I was 105). I work out a lot. I cycle 3-4 times a week. I walk a lot to/from work. I do eat a lot
of carbs but mostly multigrain. I have cut back on carbs since getting the result and stopped all nonfruit sugar. But I read high fasting BS can cause poor quality eggs maybe that is why I’ve lost two pregnancies?
I did jog to the blood test lab after a 13 hr fast. Could that have messed up my test? I also spaced out and took my vitamins before bed. Coq10 and folic acid. Might that have been the culprit? All my other values HDL LDL triglycerides were fantastic. I see the dr next
week to determine the cause. It was .2 over the max range so not a lot but still high.

I would not put you on myoinositol in that case. I think there's a real risk that it would make weight fly off you and stop ovulation.
I can't say if any of those things might have made your results come up higher than average. They generally do further testing and if they think you need it, they might prescribe Metformin which I vastly, vastly prefer to myo anyway.
