Hello, so for a girl sway I know the more coffee the better. I've also read we're supposed to be putting very little fat free milk, and very little sugar in our coffee. It's hard for me to do fat free milk because I feel like it just waters down the coffee. I've been using Coffee-Mate dairy free coffee creamer. I know it has some sugar. I add two to three tablespoons per cup of coffee. And I drink two cups a day. So if I'm sippin on that throughout the entire day is that messing up my sway? I have a delayed breakfast, three meals a day, and zero snacking. is me drinking my coffee throughout the day messing that up? Also if I get a coffee from Dunkin donuts I usually get extra whole milk with a little bit of sugar flavoring. Does drinking that throughout the day mess up my diet? Thank you.

Well, 3-5 cups max. Not the more the better.

It does not need to be fat free milk. YOu can have whole milk or even cream in coffee, just take the amount into your nutrient for the day.

Sorry but you do need to stop sipping sugary drinks all day. You can have it as a meal or with a meal but you're going to be keeping your blood sugar levels up all day doing that. If you want to have sugar in coffee (and personally i chose to do that as a cheat) try to drink it in a short period of time rather than drinking it all day.

Thank you for the reply. I understand. I wish I thought of that when I started my diet. I'm a month and a half into my girl sway diet, and have a month and a half left till we try to conceive. Have I messed up my whole diet till this point by drinking my sugary coffee throughout the day?

So what about drinking dairy free creamer with a sugar substitute? Would that be ok to sip/drink throughout the day?

No, you have plenty of time to correct course now.

As long as it doesn't have sugar it's ok, but be aware that many of the dairy free creamers do have quite a lot of carbs which will also raise your blood sugar, even if they don't have sugar adde to them.
