Hi all,

Has anyone ever heard of the Genlook gender blood test. It is offered at a lab called ANY LAB TEST NOW in my area. It says you have to be at least 12 weeks pregnant and will receive the results in 3-5 days. I have looked everywhere online and there is no info on the accuracy, other than someone on a Babycenter post saying the test indicated boy and she is actually having a girl.

The company that provides the results is called Atlas Genomics. Anyone heard of this?

There is really a stunning lack of info about it online. I can't say either way, although it seems different from the NIPT tests (since you have to wait till 12 weeks to take it and the results are back so fast). I do think the NIPT work, but I can't find enough information about this company to say either way, sorry.

I'm starting to think this is a rip off. Had my blood drawn on 5/16 at 12w 2d and was supposed to receive results in 3-5 days and still nothing. I requested a refund as I am now 14w and can get a gender scan next week. I have a Maternal Fetal Medicine appointment tomorrow and hope they can see something.

Oh no - I'm sorry to hear that but I really appreciate you updating us. I put this in my notes and I'll know for the next person who asks.
