Baby girl birth announcements getting me down

There was obviously something in the water around 9 months ago because I’ve had a flurry of baby girl announcements on my social media timelines the last few days. It’s seriously getting me down and setting off my GD again even though my last boy (of 3) is 4 years old! Not sure what I’m asking for here other than to sound off and to say waaaaaaaahhhh

Does it ever go away??

According to what I've heard from some gals who decided to move on with their life, it does. You still have the occasional twinge but over time as your family grows up and you move on into the kid stage most people do find satisfaction in things as they are rather than hanging onto the things that could have been, if that makes any sense.
