I've been on a break from ttc and swaying since October 2018. We are back at it this month and I never stopped delaying foods and having coffee with a tiny splash of milk and no calorie sweetener in the morning. Still losing weight still eating under 1500 calories but I wasn't keeping track of protein carbs fat this whole time. Not eating super healthy but sometimes had spinich and strawberry salads. Is it too risky to do it one attempt this month?

Are you skipping a meal at least (e.g. breakfast)? I feel like as long as you haven't gone totally off the wagon though it's fine! I'd at least skip 1 meal & limit stuff like fast food, fried food, red meat, etc. Also hi again [emoji3] I'm also trying to follow the LE diet, lol.

Yup still skipping breakfast! I don't eat fast food and hardly ever cook fried food so no problem there! I didn't fall off completely still took my temp still walk around a lot all the stuff I was doing before except watching protein and fat! I started watching that on the 1st so maybe about a week in to really watching everything again. And hi again! [emoji4]

Hi again, I was wondering how it was going for you!
I think you're totally fine to try (although at some point remember you're gonna want to up cals somewhat to stop weight loss, please don't lose too much!)
I ate plenty of spinach and strawberry salads when I got my DD. Those are not prohibited on LE Diet! Totally fine!
Good luck and pink dust!
