Nub theory help!!!!!

I'm trying to upload a photo. I don't know if it worked. I went for an ultrasound today. I'm 10 weeks and 5 days.

I've just learning about the nub theory. So I asked the ultrasound lady. She says if I had to guess I'd say blue. Which broke my heart. We already have 3 boys. She did a potty shot and it did look like a prominent dangle. HB was 175.
I asked her again, so your guessing from the nub it's a boy. She said yes. But then said but theres no swelling. But you're very early. (I'm guessing swelling as in the testicles?)
The obgyn office puts it on a flash drive now so I'll have to see if she recorded the nub spotting. I'm praying shes wrong. Isn't 10 almost 11 weeks to soon for the nub theory? I looked at the ultrasound I'm trying to upload and dont see its nub.

It is too early to guess gender and she never should have guessed on these. Boys and girls look alike at this stage of gestation.

Heart rate does not work and has been totally debunked.

Most of the people who go for ultrasounds don't have strong gender preference so sometimes techs make wild guesses when they shouldn't. Perhaps they've never encountered a person who was heartbroken over an ultrasound guess, IDK. But she had no business guessing on that when no one can know.

Thank you so much atomic. I feel a little better. Hearing she thought it was a Male broke my heart. We all know to be thankful for a healthy baby, and naturally of course i am and will be. But she just didnt understand this was my last chance for a little girl 😔 I was praying maybe it was to early. She did a potty shot and showed the nub. But didnt do a good side one
I asked her if she was basing boy on the nub. And she looked again and said well, I don't see any swelling. But your still early but I'm guessing blue 😩😭 so I dont know if swelling meant boy or girl parts. Good sign or bad.
I already have 3 boys. I'm praying your right atomic

I think this is the baby's back and nubs are not useful from that angle unfortunately.

Yes ma'am. When I posted these I didn't know it was from the back [emoji51] I'm praying the case is like you said and she shouldn't have guess so early because it's like you said.
