Nub theory. Any guesses?

I posted another thread but had trouble with the photos of the possible nub

I'm only 10 weeks and 5 days. But when the ultrasound tech said she suspects boy it broke my heart. I already have 3.

These I think are directly above it. Even if Its just for fun what do you think? I believe those are the back of the baby and are not going to have gender clues.

The tech had no business to guess on 10 week ultrasound. You really can't know gender at that point.
