TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Skipped breakfast everyday (14-16hrs fast between dinner and breakfast)
Just 2 large meals daily.
No sugar.
No snacking.
No much veggies and fruits.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
6 months
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH ate whatever I prepared. No much red meat. We ate red meat hardly 5-6 times in 6 months. He drink tea regularly, no coffee. DH never smoke or drink.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
Mostly ate chicken and white rice 6-7 times a week. I didn't cut back on salt. Drank 2 large mugs of coffee daily. I never snacked much which was very different for me.
I had some cheat meals here and there.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Consumed a cup of full fat yogurt and an egg daily 10-15 days before attempt (coz I wanted to conceive as soon as I can)

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Before- BMI 25.5 (73kg)
At time of attempt- BMI 22.8 (66kgs)

I did 70-75 mins of walking everyday

No big O. No jump and dump (stayed on the bed & didn't get up till morning)

I took 800mcg folic acid everyday
Did you do anything with Ions?
Used some lavender flavour powder, sprinkled some on the bed too. Fan always on (not intentionally but because I am used to it)

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Wooden spoon tied with a pink ribbon under my pillow from the start of sway. It's still there lol
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Skipping breakfast everyday very religiously.
Dropped tea which was a huge change for me.
No snacking.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
No jump and dump.
No exercise a week or so before attempt.
Not losing much weight.
Things worth mentioning:
