Hi Atomic, hope everything is good with you!
So this month I had a fairly good attempt but today I feel bad as yesterday nite I had a whole pizza (with veggies no mozzarella and little tomato sauce though) and lots of salty chips 😭😭😭 also, yesterday morning I had 2 cappuccinos and some butter biscuits and some croissant (not a whole one) for breakfast around 10.30 in the morning.
These were my 2 main meal. Eaten nothing in between, just some bread stick while travelling home (we were on holidays).
I did not count calories this time but they were alot to me!! On the bright side I think I already oed (on saturday but not sure about) and I am.in the 2ww and I stayed strict on the diet before and during o.
My question, does it really matter sway wise my cheat in the tww?
I am so bummed, I hope I did not screw everything. Hope I did not oed late at this point but I am not temping so who knows.
Sorry for the pointless post, I think I just need some comfort 😩

Ugh! I roughly calculated and I ate more than 1000 cal with the 2 meals (around 1000 just pizza and chips + roughly 300 with the breakfast).
This is so so much to me but at least I was wise and took 2 tablets of fiber (chitosano) 30 mins before the pizza big cheat

Cheating on occasion is not only allowed but encouraged. It's ok. Just regroup and continue on from here.
Are you telling me that this "cheat" was 1300 calories for the entire day? That is not even a cheat!
How many calories are you eating normally???

Tbh I am eating pretty little Atomic, as I am petite :) I think I eat around 500 kal all day, but I was doing around 1200 Kal before this month and in general when I dont diet anyway. I turned vegetarian since March.
I went a bit hard core on diet this month as attempted on holidays last Thursday and I felt safer being strict on diet, 2 meals, no snacking, no breakfast, even if it means I could not have oed at all!

Well, that is simply not allowed under any circumstances.
That is not LE Diet. You are going to wreck your metabolism in a permanent way by eating that little and you very well may delay or even stop ovulation for months afterwards. Please IMMEDIATELY go up to 1200 calories minimum.
Keep in mind this is not "eat as little as you possibly can". This is "lower normal range of a healthy pre-pregnancy diet". Do not eat less than that. You aren't even helping your sway because what will happen is that you'll simply stop ovulating, and have to eat more in order to get it going again (potentially swaying blue by first cutting way back then eating more so your body sees that as an improvement.)

You're totally right Atomic, I will restore the normal cal intake asap.
If i don't get pg this month I am going to get bcp for some month, so i will have some time to fix things during the whole summer.
With a low cal intake to begin with (1200/1300 cal) how many calories do I need to get to sway girl and not affect fertility?
Thank you heaps!

You need to still eat the same amount of calories but sway by eating less protein and fat (and less ANIMAL protein and fat) and cutting back on fortified foods.

Ok and in the unlikely event I ttc also next months is there a way to go up safely with calories without harming my sway?
What's the best strategy in your opinion?
If I try and concentrate 2 meals of about 400 and 300 cals to begin with and get less proteins (and animal proteins/fats) could this work?
Then I could try and upper the calories even more. I am not sure to be able to go up immediately with cals as I can't stomach very much food atm quite honestly.
Is it ok if I get the main cals from carbs?
Sorry for the load of questions but I am not sure about what to do.
Thank you very much in advance!

yes, by focusing mostly on carby foods like fruit, veg, whole grains, and getting your protein and fat from vegetable sources, not vegetable sources.
2 meals of 400 and 300 calories will not work. You need 2 meals of 600-800 calories, OR 3 meals of 400. (3 meals is equally allowed, you just push the first meal back a couple hours but still eat 3 meals.)
YES you will be getting the bulk of your calories from carbs. That is what the LE Diet is! Most cals from carb, pro and fat within limits.

Thank you very much Atomic!!
I'll follow your advise. I got too strict on the diet this month and I need to be back on the normal ranges, I think I got scared and cut back too much.
I will let you know the outcome of this attempt next week :)
What do you think about quinoa? Is this food allowed in girl diet and in which quantites?
Thanks a lot

Oh good - because I get scared when you guys tell me you're not eating enough! :)
Quinoa is fine in the limits of the day. I can't give a set amount, the amount would vary depending on your dietary needs.
