Thanks so much!!! I really have no idea where to start... I've been doing a basic LE diet but not in detail just not consuming to much & only eating a small breaky of toast & jam & a cup of tea until I'm ready to knuckle down into my sway at the moment I don't eat again until after 11-11:30.

I'm only small so I've really had to watch how I do this as I really can't afford to lose much weight. I weigh 51kgs!! My BMI is 18.7 so just in the healthy range any lower & it's in the unhealthy!! What's your thoughts on what I should be doing & where to start?? I'm afraid if I get to much into the exercise I'm going to lose to much weight!!! I really need to manage it so I'm not going to make myself sick!!!

I just feel like I need to guidance & help!!!

x

You'll have to be sure you're eating enough calories to prevent any weight loss. I don't want you to lose a speck of weight at all. So be eating higher cals than you think you need, start the exercise, and then adjust.

Keep protein and fat in the 40-50 g range for protein, 30-60 g fat, get most of your protein and fat from vegetable sources rather than animal.

You will need to track at the start. I know it's not fun to track but especially at your low weight it's really important to be sure you're getting enough. The lower limits of LE are actually by far more important because that way is the only way to ensure you're going to be able to get and stay pregnant!

Thanks for reply Atomic,

Just wondering does the $99 plan offer coaching on how much to eat exercise etc?!!

I just feel like I need help so I don't lose any weight!! What are your thoughts on that?

both the 79 and 99 come with coaching. You want the custom sway plan or personalized sway plan.

That's why we do the coaching! I'll be there with you every step of the way.

& how long before trying should I start this plan??

yep. Every question you have, I'm there to answer. And while I do answer all questions asked, I do the custom coaching questions faster and on days/weeks I'm busy I skip the free forum questions (even as long as a week at times) but do the custom coaching questions every day but Sundays.

Oh great!! I have another question?

I'm probably not looking to Start trying till November & seeing as I'm only small when should I start the diet & can I do anything in the mean time to help before I actually start?!

If at all possible I still like to see you guys with 12 weeks on diet. We've had such good results with that. So we'd have you eat upper cal limits and try to hold steady on weight while making the other changes with the LE Diet.

Some go vegetarian for some time before going all in on the LE Diet.
