CoQ10 and breastfeeding (TTC Girl)

Hi there! I just wanted to make sure you are comfortable with us taking coq10 while breastfeeding and ttc girl (for egg quality).

How old is your nursing baby?

It is a natural component in foods but I would prefer (ssince it can lower blood sugar) that you guys wait till baby is at least 6-9 months old (longer if a preemie) and is taking some solid foods or milk from a cup before starting it.

5 months. Milk production definitely isn’t an issue though ��

It's not that, it's that the coq10 may come through in your milk and lower the baby's blood sugar (which is one of its effects.) I prefer you wait till 6 or even more like 9 months and have the baby taking some solids if at all possible.
