Hi,

I have been in LE diet for a while, but didn't start exercising yet.
These weeks I have to do a long trip every morning to dropout my kids in their summer camps before going to work. I take public transport which involves a lot of walking.
The problem is that the walking is not continues, for example this morning my phone has recorded 2 walking episodes of 23 mns and 11 mns over more than one hour (it does not consider the transition between the buses for example or small distances)
When going back to home, there will be less walking, but it is still not continues.
I want to know if that still sway pink or it is more blue friendly exercise.

As long as you've lost at least a little weight on a lower protein diet that is fine. Will still sway pink.

Thank you for the quick reply,
I read somewhere that exercising on an empty stomach helps burning fat faster than after a meal.
Does this mean that we can reduce the exercising duration if we are doing it on an empty stomach, like 30 mns instead of 1 hour

We don't know how exercise really works and I prefer you guys stick with what HAS worked, which is an hour of exercise.

I recently had a lady who insisted on doing 30 min. of exercise in the morning on an empty stomach and she got a boy opposite. I'm not saying that means anything but just that I don 't have the confidence I do in the 60 minutes.
