Boy guess - think that's stacking - but there is a chance it's something else above not stacking.

I'm guessing a tentative pink lean because the nub does seem to be pointed down, and I think the thing that looks like stacking is cord (see how right above the tummy there is something that looks very similar to the "stacking" and it's all on the same latitude? I think that whole thing may be cord but only part is captured.) But I would not paint the nursery that's for sure.

I am like Atomic, I think the stacking might only be cord a size the “stacking” like bit on the tummy aligns with it...;) so girl lean from me !
