We were only going to start in Feb but we made an attempt yesterday.
Been taking SP, Vitex, baby aspirin and folic acid for 3 weeks. DH on licquorice root and baby aspirin in prep for Feb but when ov time came around this cycle DH and i decided why not and it felt right...iykwim! (just a feeling i got)!
Got +opk am as i test around 2 times aday nearing ov ph was going upto 5ish and over 12 hours later got servere ov pains (far worse then any i have ever experienced before) could this have been because SP or vitex? I think i ov'd around 9pm that night. Later that night i used full aplicator of RepHresh. Next morning still +opk but fading out. So had benadryl and before attempt my ph was 4.5 we did TBM and used splime so ph was around 4.5. I think the timing was around O+16 (hopefully).
We werent going to make an attempt this month but i got a feeling that we should and it felt right.
I have skipped breakfast lots and we were not sticking to a strict diet as i had a gastic band last year and lost around 3stone since and its still going slowly. I am a very fussy eater and could not stick to a strict diet, i drank alot of 7up Free and ate healthier than i did over xmas. Had lavendar air freshners in room and showered with lavendar shower gel just little changes i have been making also lavendar fabric softner.
I know its harder to get pg with splime but we wanted to try it. How does my sway sound?? I know it isnt 100% but it felt right. I will be very suprised if i get a BFP after all we threw at the sperms.
