Then, you can take a look at the coaching renewal - there's the option right where you will buy the plan. Don't buy that now, I just want you to see where it is for future reference, it's right there in the same spot. Then when you're ready to renew you can buy it at that time. (or not, if your questions are all answered by then!)

I have them. I can see the ones that generate the error message, it is my understanding that the reason the error message occurs is because they're private just for me and no one else can see them (which is, of course, for your privacy!)

Most of the stuff we have DH do is not terribly effective. I woudln't get too worked up about it, but the things that DO help are:

Smoking (obviously not the best habit for health, but has been shown to sway in studies)
Jogging or biking (been shown to sway in studies)

Having only one unprotected attempt (this is obvi both of you - in our results was very effective for pink for reasons we do not understand)

Things that ~may~ help:

Olive Leaf Extract 500-1000 mg daily started right away and continue on till BFP, at which point he can gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week then he can drop.

Soy milk/food daily 12-48 oz

Wearing tight underwear and/or taking hot baths

Things that probably don't help at all:

Frequency (either abstain or daily release - neither has seemed to add anything)

Licorice or peppermint - poor results

Cranberry - while I'm not sold on either cranberry or OLE and still use cranberry, it has gotten worse results than OLE. I am really really not convinced on OLE doing anything, however.

So, I just had a quick question. I started the LE diet in September with the intention of conceiving in December. We attempted for two cycles without conceiving and then life happened and we are pushing attempts back to May/June. My question is, would a personalized sway plan help my sway more in terms of getting a girl. Or, since I have been on LE for so long, should I be okay to continue as I was.

I just worry having to push back our conception date further that I might undo my sway.

You can always benefit from the sway plan and coaching if for no other reason than I'm able to answer all your questions in 24 hours (I can't always do that in the free forums as you guys can see this last week when I"ve been really busy and it has taken me longer to get through the free questions.)

It was a healthy bleed for sure. We did end up trying on Saturday night upon receiving a “high fertility/surge” result on an OPK earlier that day. Since then, I’ve tested highly fertile both Sunday and today, but I haven’t gotten the solid smiley (o-day) result yet. Should I just stay at that 1-attempt or add another attempt at o-day? I’ve been having pretty strong twinges in my left ovary since Saturday. Thank you again!!

To buy a plan, go here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php and you want the personalized/custom plan (I can't remember specifically what we call it but it's one or the other). After you pay, they'll activate the questionnaire (this sometimes takes a day or so) and then you fill out the questionnaire and I make your plan.

Most people will buy a plan an average of 3 months in advance, this is 3 months swaying, 3 months TTC with the coaching, but you can get it whenever you want. The coaching is renewable indefinitely for a small fee. I often do last minute sways too. But since you have the possibility to buy the plan soon, I'd do it shortly to give yourself the 3 months planning/swaying before starting TTC!

I am new and pregnant with my second son. I didn't expect to be disappointed that he isn's a girl...but now I am (of course I feel terrible that I feel this way but learned that feelings are feelings and I can't be blamed for having them....of course i will love him as much as I do live my first son. he's the best kid in the world.) anyway, i just discovered this forum and i've read about the swaying pink diet....my mother tongue isn't english so I do have some issues understanding everything (mostly I do). I came a cross that clomid is a medication pink swayers use....i s this due to the fact that if undergoing this strict LE diet, the body won't be able to fertilize eggs and this is why clomid comes in handy? I am very fertile...at least I believe so...as I conceived my sons within 1-2 trials/cycles....wouldn't using clomid increase the chances in getting pregnant with twins? or what is the idea behind clomid?...If everything goes fine with my second son, i'll be back purchasing a personalized pink sway plan..thanks..*green

Hi and welcome!

NO, that is not the way Clomid works for swaying. The LE Diet does NOT make the body "unable to fertilize eggs." Plenty of people, myself included, get girls on the LE Diet WITHOUT using Clomid at all. And plenty of people get girls on Clomid without the LE Diet. But using both Clomid and diet together works the best.

We don't know why Clomid sways pink, but it is shown to in scientific studies and that is why we use it. IT is probably because it makes more hostile cervical mucus, but we don't know for certain.

Clomid raises odds of twinning, but NOT more so for fertile people. In fact most people who take Clomid have PCOS and they are actually the MOST likely to have multiples on Clomid. If you are concerned about multiples, don't take Clomid. You can still sway for a girl with just diet, exercise, and number of attempts alone.

You don't need to worry about egg priming. That's what being on the diet does. You don't have to do anything any different than the diet, exercise, and a couple other things to boost your chances of conceiving the baby of your desired gender.

But if pH is important to you, it's your decision of course. I suspect what may be happening is that the Replens + douche may be causing a rebound effect where your body makes a lot of EWCM to basically rinse them away. They are irritating and your body "doesn't like" that so many people will experience a rush of alkaline fluid as your body tries to get rid of the stuff.

What is your pH around ovulation when u are not using those things??

Hey, I have an easy fix for your pH problem here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/add-your-girl-sway-/65999-trying-conceive-girl-getting-confused-over-diet.html YOu were testing urine, which will always be in that range, instead of EWCM which is what you're meant to be changing with all that stuff. :)

I will say this - doing all those things for pH you were doing, your odds of conceiving would have been pretty darn low anyway so what I"d suggest is starting diet, and seeing what happens. If u need to try this month, that's fine, just be sure you stick with just one attempt (for reasons we do not know, one attempt has been very pink friendly). Many times people end up taking a couple months to conceive and then you're in with a good chunk of time on diet anyway.

Losing weight has not been super predictive of whose sways will work and whose don't. Above all else, do what works better for YOU. All you really need to do at the end of the day is make changes in a pink friendly direction from what you were doing when you got your boy(s). I had to make a set of guidelines because people wanted them, but it is ok to deviate from that if you need to. As long as you're doing things more girl-friendly than you were, that's what counts.

You were right, the douche was definitely doing the opposite for me! My other question is - I am sticking to a low protein diet and adding empty carbs/nutrition food etc. But my worry is- I was a heavy kid growing up and I lost a bunch of weight going on a lean protein/veg/fruit diet. I never ever ever eat carbs unless its a cheat meal. I am worried i may gain weight from carbs even in small portions because my calorie intake to loose weight is very low! Is it a must to loose weight ??

No it's not a must to lose weight. If your BMI is 21 or below, I want you to just hold steady where you are.

The main thing is that you move in a pink friendly direction from where you were. I had to make a blanket, one size fits all set of guidelines because people wanted them but so long as you eat fewer cals, lower protein, lower fat, and get higher % of your fat intake from vegetable fats instead of animal fats, plus eliminate snacking/grazing behavior and reduce to 2 or 3 meals a day, you will be swaying pink. If you need to do more like 70 g protein and 60 g fat plus mostly veg instead of carbier things like grains/fruits, that is fine provided you can keep your weight stable doing that. Even if you can't get below 80 or even 90 g (I consider 90 g to be deffo in the boy zone) if you were eating 120 g, that is still more pink friendly! Just do what you CAN do!

I would have one more attempt eiher tonight or tomorrow AM (tuesday) and then stop. An attempt from Saturday to Tuesday (which you may O on Tuesday after a positive OPK yesterday) is going to be a longshot. Saturday will have covered Sunday and Monday and then it's going to realy drop off in terms of conception chances. Totally up to you though, for best odds of pink, stick with saturday attempt,for better odds of conception, have another attempt.

These are two different items. The Complete TTC a Boy Package includes ALL the ebooks. The Bundle is the plan and the 21-day meal plan. Two different products, thus the price difference.

No not at all - I am now understanding what you've been asking me all along.

We don't have coaching by the month the way you're thinking of it. Most people ask 90% of their questions the first month or two anyway so the work that I put in (making the plan and then answering the majority of questions) happens in that first two months or so. We basically throw in the other months for free. But most of my work and time is done in the first 1-2 months, so I can't really give that at a cheaper price, since that is when I work the hardest.

Yes the coaching is all private.

It's fine to go vegetarian in advance of the sway (and blue swayers can start diet as far out as they'd like, as long as they don't gain too much weight) but I prefer pink swayers wait till 3 months before they plan to sway before starting the diet in terms of the cal and protein and fat limits. This is because you may get too depleted, but even more important I worry that the LE Diet (not the HE Diet for blue, but the LE Diet) may in some people lose effectiveness if they do it for too long. Their body may adjust and no longer register a drop in nutrients as clearly (I have no evidence this is the case, just that this is what I am worried about. So I don't want anyone starting the full-on LE Diet a year or more in advance of when they plan to try and conceive.

I do want to clarify that I don't tell you what to eat. There are just too many people in too many places all of whom like different foods and have access to things I have never even heard of before for me to be able to do that. What I do instead is work with you to tweak your diet, that you already are comfortable and familiar with and can easily get in your area, to come up with a diet that will work for YOU. I have tried premade diet plans in the past and found them very dfficult to work with - you end up with a fridge full of expensive food that you may not even like or know how to cook, and/or they suggest a lot of things that aren't available in my area. Plus, it adds a whole nother layer of "control freakishness" for pink swayers - a list of groceries to buy! A bunch of new recipes to try! Things that make me feel I'm in control of my universe! I don't think a premade diet plan really works for practical reasons or for your sway so I prefer working with you guys via the coaching service on your diet in an ongoing way.

Don't worry about the PM - I don't get angry if people send them to me, I just need to keep them as minimal as I can, otherwise I get inundated with them. :)

If you're taking it as part of your IVF you'd need to take at least a month or two off of it.

I renewed my membership and it has a check by the private coaching but i cannot access it. Im coming back to sway again but i wanted to know do i have to pay for a whole new sway plan or renew the one i had?

Hi Atomic!!

I just had my fourth boy. He’s gorgeous and I’m so happy he’s mine! He’s really an amazing baby. As you may remember, I have 3 boys, and then you helped me sway for my daughter born in 2016. Then, I got pregnant with a surprise baby girl that tragically ended in miscarriage. Now our littlest guy is here and I couldn’t love him more, but I’m still thinking about ending my childbearing years with trying for a sister for our daughter. Truthfully, I’d love another girl too if it’s in the cards for us.

Would I be able to access my old plan or would we need to start over and purchase another one if we decide to sway again? How would I do that?

I dont understand what it means haha.
I figured that abstain means: to withhold of BD (found out what BD means just recently) but then cut off??

This section for questions about the Personal Plans but I'll go ahead and reply here. Any further questions please put in our swaying section if you'd be so kind.

Abstain is to not let your husband release (ejaculate) for a certain number of days before having an attempt.

People sometimes get confused by this because occasionally some people will say "cut off" as in "I am cutting my husband off from sex for a few days before our attempt". But this is NOT the proper meaning of the term "cut off". That is ABSTAIN, not cut off, and people saying cut off when they mean abstain is what makes everyone confused. For example, blue swayers using Shettles timing want to have their husbands abstain for a couple days before having one attempt at ovulation and this is the most common time I've seen "cut off" used wrongfully (but please, NO ONE DO THAT. I know Shettles says that sways blue, but Shettles is wrong. Having one attempt has been massively pink friendly. Do not have just one attempt for a boy!)

A cut off actually means to stop having unprotected sex 2-3 days before you expect to ovulate. This is a pink sway tactic - again, Shettles timing which has been debunked, but at least cutoff timing is not as harmful to your sway as having one attempt is for blue)

So to sum up - abstain = having husband not release for a certain number of days before attempts
Cut Off = Not having unprotected sex a certain number of days before attempt

I was wondering how to find all the updated information on how to Sway Girl?! Like supplements (cranberry, aspartame, which type of antihistamine, and all that jazz)?! I purchased a plan in 2018 but can’t find it [emoji38]. I also remember reading something about facial hair turning white and can’t find that information. What is actually considered lower glucose numbers all day? I’m testing mine and was hoping to have number levels.

PLEASE do not test your glucose levels. When we say "low blood sugar" we're actually talking about a complicated biological process where your body burns off stores of fat to keep your blood sugar in normal range. Your body does not like high blood sugar or low blood sugar and quickly takes steps to rectify that, so it's not something you can measure on a monitor. It's that the diet and exercise regimen is encouraging your body to be forced to burn off the stores of fat to keep blood sugar in normal range.

Well, we believe there's a small - SMALL - increase in pink conceptions in the Northern Hemisphere during March-May, and possibly this begins to peak starting in January and may continue at lower levels through June-ish. But this is very minor and not something I'd rely upon to sway. We are mostly doing the same things we did in 2019. We haven't changed too awfully much since that time. So I would still focus on the LE Diet plus coffee, alcohol, and fiber, cardio exercise, one attempt in the fertile window, and Clomid or Femara if you can get them as those are the things that really have worked.
