did anyone else question their whole entire sway right before their attempt? I’ll be having my attempt in about 3 weeks, and I’m literally panicking. I woke up thinking “I haven’t been super strict with measuring my chicken intake” then I spiral thinking I could be over doing it on the chicken intake all along because I’ve been guestimating my portions:nails: Is this normal or am I just crazy?

Yes it's totally normal. Please don't worry about it. The chicken is fine. I regularly have people go up on protein. There is very little difference between 50 and 60 and even 70 g protein, as long as you're eating less thn you were that's all that matters.

If I went up to 70 g for protein or get it’s still about 1/3-1/4 of what I used to eat when I got pg with my son.
My mother in law has been staying with us and gets super offended when I don’t eat her very unhealthy food so I’ve been super worried about the last few weeks, I’m so used to knowing what I’m eating and knowing I don’t add a ton of oil. I’m hoping it doesn’t ruin my sway

Hey, that happens and I try to take those occasions into account. just do your best, you're very likely doing better than you realize.

Thank you atomic, I’m doing so much differently from when I conceived my son so I’m hoping it is enough for different results! Lol
