Hi,
I have spent the last week or so reading as much as I can on swaying pink.
We currently have 3 boys and my husband told me last week that he is keen to have #4 and would like to try for a girl.
So with all the reading I have done I think I can put myself in a tail spin
Firstly, which diet should I follow? I have around 40lbs to lose, don't have PCOS but suspect I have endo (not sure if this affects anything). Should I try cinnamon?
Second, I want the baby asap and was thinking we would just skip the timing thing? Will this affect the sway much? We have only taken 1-2 months to conceive the 3 boys and with the age gap growing I would like to get a BFP fast.
Thirdly, exercise. I have an injury that means doing 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week is just not possible, I could probably do 30-45 mins 3-4 times a week? Is this going to help at all?
Thanks!

I will answer all questions asked, no need to bump unless it's been like a week or so. Bumping too soon just makes the post go back to the top of the page and I'll take longer to get to it. I want you to get your reply as quick as I can. I'm not infallible and do sometimes open a post and then close without replying, but within 4-5 days usually it's just that I had run out of time for the day. :)
Welcome!
I want you on the alternate PCOS Diet https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html even though you don't have PCOS we have better results for women with 30+ pounds to spare with it.
I wouldn't bother with cinnamon. I don't think it's actually working and has made people get so hungry and jittery it undermined them on diet. See how it goes with diet/exercise alone.
I do want you to exercise even if you can't get up to the full amount. The benefits for weight loss and blood sugar control outweigh any risks to you of possibly building muscle. Just be sure you've lost at least a little weight on a lower protein diet.
Fine to skip timing but I do recommend starting off with one attempt. Timing doesn't work, one attempt does. So stick that one attempt at a point in the cycle where you're more likely to conceive and you'll be likely to get pregnant quickly while still swaying pink.

Sorry about the bumping, it was being being impatient and also seeing you had replied to some posts that were done after mine and I was worried you had missed it, I will rein in my patience from now on
I thought the pcos one would probably be what you suggested just because I have a heap of extra weight so will get on to that one.
I am quite the black tea (with full fat milk) drinker, would 1-2 a day weaning down to 1-2 a week be ok? I don't drink coffee at all and not a fan of any fizzy drinks so its my only 'crutch' oh and chocolate haha in the pcos diet you say to limit sugar is that right?
Exercise wise I will do my best, I have a gym membership I need to use so will focus on doing as many days and hours as possible. Was there this morning but only managed 40 minutes of cardio (elliptical and bike).
Aiming for our first attempt in September and was thinking of doing the one attempt at positive opk, if that doesn't work would doing E4D the following month? Or is that less likely to end in pregnancy than the 1 attempt?
I will probably think of more questions as I go but truely appreciate your time and knowledge.

Sometimes if a title of a post looks like it may take more time than I have I postpone answering it on days I don't have enough time to answer. :) No need to apologize, just want you guys to know so you get your answers fast.
Yes even just cutting back on the tea may help.
On PCOS Diet you'd need to limit sugar or cut it out totally.
e4d is better chance of conception than one attempt. I have you guys gradually boost chances of conception over time so when I make changes it will always be to improve odds of conception.

Awesome thank you. Will try to only have 2 a day this week and down to 1 next week and see how we go, its my afternoon pick me up/get me through for after school and my relaxation drink after the kids are in the bed.
Have cut down on sugar, as much as I think I possibly can for now but will keep trying to get better as well. I am struggling with getting over 1200 calories without going over in my protein or fat though.

You should up protein and fat to 50-60 g on PCOS Diet, not sure if you realized that. Use fruits, veg, and whole grains to add calories. For low carb veg, they are free and unlimted. Have as much as you want, no need to count anything in them. For higher carb veg and fruit, cound ONLY calories, not protein or fat. Many times when people have trouble sticking in the limits it's because they're counting protein and fat in fruits and veg, but those are not counted on LE.
If you've done all that and still ahving a hard time, increase the protein and fat limits by 5 g increments till you're getting a reasonable amount of cals (I prefer 1500-1800 for most).
