Ever since my chemical I can’t seem to lose weight. Even with lower calorie intake and excersizing a lot, the scale is not moving as fast as before.
We’re having our attempt in about two weeks, I don’t know if I should hold off or not? I gained about 15 pounds since before my last attempt that ended in a chemical. I don’t know if that would sway boy for me or not. I lost 8 lbs in about 4 weeks but still bigger then I was before my chemical.
I really don’t know why I’m not losing weight it’s truly bothering me.
I feel like I don’t eat a lot of carbs(bread wise) but I do eat a fair share of potatoes, should I have cut those out? The only thing that I’m doing that I know for a fact I shouldn’t be is having a little bit of white carbs here and there. Would that totally throw my sway off if I don’t have a ton of it? I have it maybe twice a week and super small portions.

Yes you should try cutting back on carbs wherever they are found and see if it helps. I know it's harder to stick to but it may help snap you out of the plateau.

I don’t really have an issue cutting them out, I will just end up being under in calories or go over in protein, would being about 6 lbs bigger then my last attempt that ended in a chemical sway blue? I went from being my weight then, gaining 15lbs and then losing 8 lbs of that 15 lb gain, or should I just wait u TIL I lose more before attempting again?

Atomic I didn’t want to start a whole new thread for this but are almonds and sun butter ok to have on a girl sway? For the past 2-3 weeks I’ve been putting a serving of almonds into my yogurt, and about a tablespoon of sun butter on apples, it doesn’t put me over in protein or fat for the day, but I wanted to be sure it was ok?

Probably 200 less. So on days where I’d have 1200 I would have 1000. I’ve been trying to add more nuts but my son is allergic to peanuts so it’s hard finding nuts that are totally peanut free. And the beans are pretty high in carbs too.

better to go over on protein than not get 1200 cals minimum.

At that low a cal intake you can have beans, you won't be getting many carbs

That’s good to know, there’s time where I go up to 70-75 grams of protein and about 70 grams of fat, my calories never go over though! Haha

Since you have the weight to spare this is not a huge deal you're still going to be eating less pro and fat than you were.

Definitely eating way less protein and fat then I was with my son. I actually did lose some weight, it’s coming off very slowly! Does it matter if I weigh more then I did when I initially got pregnant with my chemical? I weigh about 6-7 more lbs then I did at that point.

Your body doesn't seem to "remember" things like that. It only remembers declining condition and if you're eating less than you were before you started trying that's all that matters.

I’m definitely having less then before I started swaying (which started in February) but I did start eating more after my chemical, just because I really wasn’t eating enough before my chemical, I was only getting about 1,000 and rarely 1200. Now I get about 1200-1500.

That's the level I want you at though. Please no less than that.

I haven’t been going under for about the last 7 weeks, I tend to have an issue when dieting to not eat enough. Which I know is not good, it’s definitely gotten better!
