My temp went up this morning so I’m pretty sure I’ve ov’d and we got in one attempt the day before ! Yay. [emoji177]

I'm 12 DPO and I feel my progesterone is still high. I have been sweating buckets, more hot than usual and out of breath. But, that could be anything [emoji2368] I will find out tomorrow with another progesterone lab to see if it's still high or has went down any.
I dont plan to test until I have fully missed my period, only because we want to see what my body does during the wait while monitoring other stuff!

I know it's just the first month but I feel disappointed. I even had cramps starting from 7dpo, and they didn't feel like AF cramps, thought it was maybe implantation. Onto the next month, I hope we all get our bfs soon.

Got my positive OPK this afternoon so attempt this evening in the bag! I’m a bit worried though as the way it’s fallen I may have done 2-3 attempts in my window, oops.
But then I think back to DD and we basically BD daily and with DS it was just the one so who knows?!

Trying to explain to my husband that we should not be BD’ing every day is going against everything he feels should be right, ie: more attempts=more chance of baby. He’s absolutely baffled! He knows I’d prefer a girl but doesn’t know all about the e4d/one attempt at OPK theory so he’s like, what’s wrong with you, don’t you want a baby?! It’s killing me coz I do and want to get more attempts in but not if if messes up my pink sway [emoji85] Anyone else had any issues with their OH over swaying tactics??

Thanks, its quite difficult with this whole pink sway thing trying to decrease fertility but not too much and only have one attempt, etc. I'm now 9 days late took a test yesterday morning but it looked like a really faint evaporation line that appeared in the first minute. :confused:

We swayed pretty hard this month and we expected not to get pregnant which I don't mind, its this being in limbo for so long. Please let AF come or just get a BFP 😣

I guess once I get a BFP then the real stress will start whether I got a pink or blue bundle ☺

I think I'm 25 dpo by now but I don't track BBT I did use OPKs but I seemed to have a really long surge this month so maybe I had an annovulatory cycle or I ovulated far later than suspected.

Yes I had to explain this to my DH and I wanted to try frequency patterns as well. It took like a month to get him to agree. We definitely had at least 2 attempts or more with our DS's.

Baby-making can feel all consuming at the best of times and swaying adds even more stress to the mix which in turn is not good for fertility [emoji85] It’s a vicious circle!

Pink swaying is so involved for sure! I’ve been good with the diet but Atomic advises me not to go hard on exercising as my BMI is already on the low side. It’s weird though coz with my daughter I ended up gaining weight to regulate my cycles but was exercising more. Lol, if only there was a pill to take that swayed...

It won’t be too late no, the positive OPK just indicates that you should ovulate in the next 24-48 hours so you’ve still got chance to catch that egg!!!

I’m team pink too [emoji178] I don’t mind missing breakfast etc but I’m missing not having much meat, especially proper sausages. Veggie ones are just not the same! I’m a terrible snacker in the evening though so that’s where I’ve got to be careful. How long have you been doing LE?

Definitely wanting a surprise at birth again, that way I’m hoping there won’t be any disappointment at all. I hate the fact I have a preference so trying to negate any risks of gender disappointment and anxiety [emoji1696][emoji1696][emoji1696]

Well still nothing yet will test again tomorrow morning I have got a different brand so hopefully I will get some sort of answer.

I was using ICs. I have been tracking with them a couple of months. I was still trying to learn the whole CM tracking at this stage. Pink swaying is difficult. I really battled with the diet and skipping breakfast. I was also pretty low BMI when I started and went hard on exercise. I quit after attempt as couldn't keep it all up and was going to skip this month and try again in September once my AF showed.

I'm glad to hear that exercising helped get your DD. I have always been a couch potatoe so I tried the opposite this time. I was my lowest weight ever on my last sway but I was also hypothyroid so I can't say if that made a difference and made a few silly mistakes like taking prenatals.

I wish it was a simple as a pink or blue pill 😁

I'm not sure if we will find out. We have never had a surprise at birth before but I obviously have a preference so part of me wants to find out before to be prepared and part of me wants to wait until birth for once.

I feel your pain on sticking with the diet. I gave up the diet after my attempt this month just to take a break and it has definitely helped keep me sane during this three week wait so far. I'm not sure if I'm hungry or just want to eat because I'm on 'break' from diet 😁

Thanks its very frustrating just wish I could get an answer. I'm thinking about getting some bloods done in a week or two also to check my thyroid as that may be the cause.

I am not going to have an attempt this month was very stressful so I didn't really diet or exercise. Once AF shows again I will get back into the swing of things and hopefully have some answers.
