I've had light spotting on cd 9-12 and am wondering what could be causing it? I'm not ttc this month, but haven't ovulated yet. I expect to ovulate around cd15-16, but haven't gotten a +opk.

I read on this site about estrogen dropping being a potential cause, but don't know anything about it.

Swaying boy, I don't think I want my estrogen to drop...

Demeter, on the cycle where we conceived DS2, I had light bleeding (heavier than just spotting) on days 12, 13 and 14 ... I went on to ovulate on day 20. I don't know what caused the bleeding, but it didn't prevent me from conceiving (and conceiving a boy, at that!).

Same thing happened to me this cycle. Atomic thinks its the cranberry, which you probably arent taking since you are swaying BLUE? It probably bears no meaning for either of us. Have my blue dust xx

Estrogen dropping is about the LEAST likely thing to cause spotting. Esp. on a blue diet.

much more likely, fish oil, flaxseed, garlic may be causing you to be a little bit more prone to bleeding and you irritated your cervix either with BSF or checking pH (or even just by DTD) and the spotting is probably coming from your cervix and not anywhere up inside.
