I’ve nearly run out of my internet cheapies and new haven’t arrived. EWCM started today. Should I use all the same brand if I buy from the pharmacy? Or are mixed ok?

They're ok just be sure you keep in mind that they are different and one might be more sensitive than the other. When in doubt, have attempt.
