last min advice for girl sway

about to sway for girl in a few days but have to admit haven't really been following the LE DIET or exercise and I really wanted to know but failed. So asking for any advice for how I should prepare.. still one attempt at positive opk? I am going to try to attempt at 2nd flashy as I feel I ovulate fast and I know timing doesn't work.. other then one attempt any other last min advice or tips for myself or hubby? thanks

You can try having hubby do the hot bath beforehand.

Some people will have their husband release, dump it, then DTD again as quickly as he's able to using only the second batch for insemination.

I don't actually recommend that per se, but that's what some people do.

Most people who have husbands younger than 35 will have him abstain 7-10 days beforehand and do just the one attempt

Do not have him release only one time then the following day, ahve attempt. That does nothing, at best, and may sway blue if his body decides to make a lot of sperm super fast.

Can you also explain how not releasing for 7 days sways pink? I assumed more sperm build up and more blue, no?
